研究目的：

1. 研究高流量鼻导管氧疗（High Flow Nasal cannula Oxygen Therapy 以下简称HFNO）的应用在无痛取卵对患者呼吸管理的有效性和安全性； 2. 比较HFNO与常规氧疗（Conventional Oxygen Therapy 以下简称COT）对患者氧合情况的影响； 3. 探讨HFNO在在无痛取卵的应用价值，为呼吸管理方案的选择提供临床参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the effectiveness and safety of high flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy (HFNO) in patients' respiratory management under painless oocyte retrieval; 2. To compare the effects of HFNO and conventional oxygen therapy (COT) on oxygenation; 3. To explore the application value of HFNO in painless oocyte retrieval, and to provide clinical reference for the selection of respiratory management scheme.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-55岁女性；
2. 计划进行无痛取卵的患者；
3. 美国麻醉师协会（ASA）分级I-II级；
4. 无沟通障碍，能配合干预实施；
5. 受试者知情自愿参加，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women aged 18-55 years;
2. Patients who plan to undergo painless egg retrieval;
3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II;
4. No communication barriers, able to cooperate with intervention implementation;
5. The subjects participated voluntarily and informedly, and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 既往需长期鼻导管持续给氧（家庭氧疗)的患者；
2. 有重度睡眠呼吸暂停、肺部疾病（如气胸等）病史者；
3. 正在或30天内参加过其他临床研究；
4. 严重鼻塞、大量鼻出血、近期鼻外伤、近期鼻外科手术者；
5. 颅内明显升高和颅底骨折者；
6. 研究者认为不合适参加研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have previously required long-term nasal cannula continuous oxygen supply (home oxygen therapy);
2. Those with a history of severe sleep apnea, lung disease (such as pneumothorax, etc.);
3. Participated in other clinical studies within or within 30 days;
4. Severe nasal congestion, massive epistaxis, recent nasal trauma, recent nasal surgery;
5. Significantly elevated intracranial and skull base fractures;
6. Other circumstances that the researcher considers inappropriate to participate in the study.
