本研究根据专注力不足/过度活跃症(ADHD)学童的特性设计运动干预，旨在通过运动干预疗法改善患儿的动作技能发展能力，进而改善ADHD学童的身心健康  

Objectives of Study：

The present study aims at analyzing the potential mediating role of motor proficiency, including locomotor and ball skills, in the effect of PA intervention on improving psychological difficulties in children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 8-10岁； 2. 精神科医生根据DSM-5标准对ADHD进行诊断，根据学龄期儿童情感障碍与分裂症访谈问卷(K-SADS-PL)的标准结构进行访谈； 3. 根据《韦氏儿童智力量表》(第四版)，智商(IQ)在80以上； 4. 未进行药物治疗； 5. 参与干预的身体能力和服从指导的能力； 6. 没有额外的课外体育活动训练。

Inclusion criteria

(1) a formal ADHD diagnosis will be evaluated by clinicians through a clinical interview based on DSM-5; (2) a full-scale IQ over 80 will be determined by the Chinese version of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, fourth edition (Zhang, 2009); (3) physically able to participate in the intervention and able to follow the instructions; (4) medical-na?ve.

排除标准：

1. 一种或多种合并性精神障碍，由K-SADS-PL确定； 2. 干预前存在药物治疗； 3. 智商低于80。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) have one or more comorbid psychiatric disorders (e.g., oppositional defiant disorder); (2) had medical treatments (e.g., MPH); (3) have full-scale IQ under 80.
