研究目的：

通过右美托咪定联合七氟烷预处理与单独七氟烷预处理组比较，对CPB下行瓣膜置换术的患者的心肌酶指标、炎性指标、术后恢复指标的影响，来寻找更好的保护心肌缺血再灌注损伤的药物处理方式，为临床用药提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the comparison between dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane pretreatment group and sevoflurane pretreatment group alone, the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane pretreatment group on myocardial enzyme indexes, inflammatory indexes and postoperative recovery indexes of patients undergoing valve replacement under CPB were investigated to find a better drug treatment method to protect myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and provide evidence for clinical drug use.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①符合心脏瓣膜疾病诊断标准及CPB下瓣膜置换术的指针；②循环系统功能稳定且无自身免疫性疾病；③术前无心脑血管及其它系统并发症。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① Meeting the diagnostic criteria for heart valve disease and the guidelines for valve replacement under CPB; ② The circulatory system function is stable and there is no autoimmune disease; ③ Centerless cerebrovascular and other complications before operation.

排除标准：

排除标准：①CPB停机失败需再次CPB者；②术后再次手术者；③DEX使用禁忌者；④体重指数≥28者；⑤拒绝参加实验者；⑥急诊手术者；⑦NYHA心功能分级大于Ⅳ级者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ①CPB shutdown failure requires CPB again; ② Reoperation after surgery; ③DEX use contraindicated; ④ Body mass index ≥28; ⑤ Refuse to participate in the experimenter; ⑥ Emergency operation; ⑦NYHA cardiac function grade was higher than Ⅳ.
