研究目的：

1.运用IKAP理论构建规范和临床适用的糖尿病黄斑水肿手术患者的CNP。 2.探讨基于IKAP理论的CNP对行玻璃体药物注射术的糖尿病黄斑水肿患者的干预效果，为IKAP理论在日间手术CNP中的进一步发展和应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Use the IKAP theory to construct a standardized and clinically applicable CNP for patients with diabetic macular edema surgery. 2. Explore the intervention effect of CNP based on IKAP theory in patients with diabetic macular edema undergoing vitreous drug injection, and provide a scientific basis for the further development and application of IKAP theory in CNP of day surgery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《我国糖尿病视网膜病变临床诊疗指南（2014年）》中的糖尿病黄斑水肿诊断标准，且第一次行玻璃体药物注射术的患者； （2）年龄≥18岁； （3）拥有独立使用智能手机的能力； （4）意识清楚，有阅读能力； （5）患者及家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic macular edema in the Clinical Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy in China (2014), and undergo vitreous drug injection for the first time; (2) Age≥18 years old; (3) Having the ability to use smart phones independently; (4) Clear awareness and reading ability; (5) Informed consent of the patients and their family members.

排除标准：

（1）合并心、脑、肝、肾等严重疾病及恶性肿瘤； （2）有严重精神疾病史；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with heart, brain, liver, kidney and other serious diseases and malignant tumors; (2) A history of serious mental illness;

由非本研究组成员运用SPSS 25.0产生一套1～80的随机数字，然后将这80个随机数字分别装入对应编号、密封、不透明的信封中，并做好保管工作。
