研究目的：

确定儿童脊柱侧弯后路矫形手术驱动压导向PEEP滴定个体化肺保护通气策略对术后肺不张的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the effect of driven pressure-directed PEEP titration of individualized pulmonary protective ventilation strategy on postoperative atelectasis in children undergoing posterior orthopedic surgery for scoliosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断脊柱侧弯，Cobb角度>65°； 2.拟在全身麻醉下行脊柱后路融合矫形手术的儿科患者； 3.年龄10-18岁； 4.ASA II-III级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Cobb Angle >65°; 2.Pediatric patients who plan to undergo posterior spinal fusion orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Age 10-18 years; 4.ASA Grade II-III.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与临床研究，不签署知情同意书； 2.年龄>18岁或者<10岁； 3.综合征性脊柱侧弯和其他原因行脊柱矫形手术，包括外伤、脊柱肿瘤或者脊椎滑脱等； 4.近30天内手术外伤史； 5.术前4周内上呼吸道感染病史； 6.急性呼吸窘迫综合征、胸腔积液和术前使用机械通气辅助呼吸病史； 7.BMI>30kg/m2。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to participate in clinical studies and do not sign informed consent; 2. Age >18 years old or <10 years old; 3. Orthopaedic surgery for syndromic scoliosis and other causes, including trauma, spinal tumors, or spondylolisthesis; 4. Surgical trauma history within the last 30 days; 5. History of upper respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks before surgery; 6. History of acute respiratory distress syndrome, pleural effusion and preoperative use of mechanical ventilator-assisted respiration; 7.BMI>30kg/m2.

试验分组情况对患者和评估者设盲，病人入手术室后，由麻醉医生打开密闭信封，并根据分组情况准备相关药物，由一名不了解分组的研究人员进行后续数据收集和试验结果的分析。

Blinding：

Patients and evaluators were blinded by the trial grouping. After the patients entered the operating room, the anesthesiologist opened the sealed envelope and prepared relevant drugs according to the group situation. A researcher who was not familiar with the grouping conducted subsequent data collection and analysis of the trial results。
