研究目的：

深入研究HBV相关B-NHL形成机制，为早期精准防治HBV相关性B-NHL提供新的方法和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The formation mechanism of HBV-related B-NHL was studied in depth, and new methods and ideas were provided for the early and precise prevention and treatment of HBV-related B-NHL.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.诊断明确： （1）B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤：经病理确诊且免疫组化显示为 B细胞型 NHL； （2）乙肝感染：乙肝表面抗原>1.00 COI(正常值<1.00 COI)。 2.住院期间曾检测乙肝两对半，HIV-Ab和HCV-Ab阴性。 3.所有患者年龄均为>16岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnosis is clear: (1) B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: pathologically diagnosed and immunohistochemical display as B-cell NHL; (2) Hepatitis B infection: hepatitis B surface antigen > 1.00 COI (normal value< 1.00 COI). 2. During hospitalization, two and a half pairs of hepatitis B were tested, and HIV-Ab and HCV-Ab were negative. 3. All patients are >16 years old.

排除标准：

1.诊断不明确。 2.合并HIV和（或）HCV。 3.年龄小于16岁。 4.非霍奇金淋巴瘤中不清楚是B淋巴细胞或T淋巴细胞来源的间变性淋巴瘤患者和资料不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The diagnosis is not clear. 2. Combined HIV and/or HCV. 3. Age less than 16 years old. 4. Patients with anaplastic lymphoma who are not clear in non-Hodgkin lymphoma who are derived from B lymphocytes or T lymphocytes and patients with incomplete data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

2023-01至2023-06随机选取我院门诊或住院的HBsAg+B-NHL患者、HBsAg-B-NHL患者、慢性乙肝感染者为实验组，同期我院体检中心健康人群为对照组，抽取外周血标本，记录患者一般信息（如：性别、年龄、职业、淋巴瘤类型、确诊时间、原发灶部位、治疗方案、疗效、IPI 评分、Ann Arbor分期、血浆LDH水平、β 2 微球蛋白、B 症状、结外受累情况（脾脏、肝脏及骨髓）、发现HBV感染时间、抗乙肝病毒治疗方案、乙肝五项、肝功能、3年生存期）。

From 2023-01 to 2023-06, HBsAg+B-NHL patients, HBsAg-B-NHL patients, and chronic hepatitis B infection patients in our hospital were randomly selected as the experimental group, and the healthy population of the physical examination center of our hospital was selected as the control group, peripheral blood samples were taken, and the general information of the patients (such as: gender, age, occupation, lymphoma type, time of diagnosis, primary lesion site, treatment plan, efficacy, IPI score, Ann Arbor stage, plasma LDH level, β 2) was selected Microglobulin, B symptoms, extranodal involvement (spleen, liver, and bone marrow), time to HBV infection, anti-hepatitis B virus regimen, hepatitis B five, liver function, 3-year survival).
