研究目的：

（1）观察调经促孕针法对DOR患者的临床治疗效果。 （2）基于rs-fMRI技术观察DOR患者与健康人之间的差异脑区。 （3）基于脑功能连接的rs-fMRI技术，分析种子点脑区与全脑之间连通性的变化，探讨调经促孕针法对DOR患者脑功能网络的调控，明确针灸取效的中枢神经调控机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Observe the clinical treatment effect of menstrual adjustment and fertility stimulation injection on DOR patients. (2) Observe the difference between DOR patients and healthy people based on rs-fMRI technology. (3) Based on the rs-fMRI technology of brain functional connection, the changes in the connectivity between the brain area of the seed point and the whole brain were analyzed, and the regulation of the brain function network of DOR patients by menstrual adjustment and fertility stimulation acupuncture was discussed, and the central nervous system regulation mechanism of acupuncture was clarified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

DOR组：
①AMH＜1.1ng/ml；
②早卵泡期，阴道彩超提示双侧卵巢窦卵泡数（直径为为2-9mm的卵泡数）AFC<5-7个；
③10IU/L＜bFSH＜20IU/L。
两次检测间隔大于4周，上述符合任何两项，即可诊断为DOR。
④18岁≤年龄≤40岁；
⑤右利手；
⑥近1月内未进行针灸治疗；
健康人组：
①18-40岁；
②卵巢功能正常；
③免疫功能正常、无免疫性疾病；
④患者知情并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

DOR Group:
①AMH＜1.1ng/ml
②In the early follicular stage, vaginal ultrasound showed that the number of bilateral ovarian sinus follicles (the number of follicles with a diameter of 2-9mm) AFC < 5-7
③10IU/L＜bFSH＜20IU/L
The interval between the two tests is greater than 4 weeks, and any of the above two are met, is diagnosed as DOR.
(4) 18 years old≤ age ≤ 40 years old;
(5) right-handed;
(6) No acupuncture treatment in the past 1 month;
Healthy People Group:
(1) 18-40 years old;
(2) normal ovarian function;
(3) Normal immune function and no immune diseases;
(4) The patient is informed and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

DOR组：
先天性生殖器官发育异常，双侧卵巢切除患者；合并多囊卵巢综合征、高催乳素血症、高雄激素血症者、甲状腺功能减退、慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退等内分泌疾病；合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾、恶性肿瘤、造血系统及精神疾病者；有磁共振扫描禁忌者，如体内安装有不可拆卸的金属物质、幽闭恐惧综合征等。
健康人组:
合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾、恶性肿瘤、造血系统及精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

DOR Group:
Patients with congenital developmental abnormalities of reproductive organs, bilateral oophorectomy; Endocrine diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, hypothyroidism, and chronic adrenal insufficiency; Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumors, hematopoietic system and psychiatric diseases; Those with contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning, such as non-removable metal substances installed in the body, claustrophobia syndrome, etc.
Healthy People Group:
Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular,liver,kidney,malignant tumors, hematopoietic system and psychiatric diseases.
