研究目的：

1. 构建KOA合并肥胖受试者的针对腹肌，臀肌，股四头肌和腘绳肌四大肌群，以渐进式分阶段抗阻运动为核心的运动干预方案。 2. 评价KOA合并肥胖受试者进式分阶段抗阻运动干预方案的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct an exercise intervention plan for the four major muscle groups of abdominal muscle, gluteus muscle, quadriceps muscle and hamstring muscle of KOA and obese subjects, with progressive and phased resistance exercise as the core. 2. To evaluate the effect of progressive phased resistance exercise intervention in KOA and obese subjects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥45岁； ②肥胖，28kg/m2≤BMI≤35kg/m2； ③至少一个膝关节Kellgren Lawrence分级为2级或3级的骨性关节炎； ④患侧数字疼痛强度评分（numerical rating scale，NRS）≤7分； ⑤过去6 个月内每周正式锻炼少于30 分钟； ⑥同意参加本研究； ⑦意识清楚，能配合干预。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥45 years old; ②Obesity, 28kg/m2≤BMI≤35kg/m2; ③At least one knee with a Kellgren Lawrence grade 2 or 3 of osteoarthritis; ④ numerical rating scale (NRS) of affected side ≤7 points; ⑤Less than 30 minutes of formal exercise per week in the past 6 months; ⑥ Agree to participate in this study; ⑦ Clear awareness, can cooperate with intervention.

排除标准：

①严重的共病性疾病，可能妨碍安全参与干预； ②膝关节有急性损伤史； ③不愿意或不能改变运动行为； ④患有严重认知障碍或抑郁； ⑤在没有手杖或其他辅助设备的情况下无法行走； ⑥正在参与其他干预性研究。

Exclusion criteria：

① Serious comorbid diseases that may prevent safe participation in intervention; ② The knee joint has a history of acute injury; ③ Unwilling or unable to change motor behavior; ④ Severe cognitive impairment or depression; ⑤Unable to walk without a cane or other assistive equipment; ⑥ Is participating in other interventional studies.

The subjects were divided into intervention group and control group using random number table method. The enrolled subjects were numbered, the starting point of sampling and the order of sampling were randomly specified on the random number table, and the intervention group numbers were extracted from the random number table in turn. Any number drawn within the range is the intervention group's number until it's full.

Using the evaluator blind method, the evaluators who do not know the specific group situation collect the general information of the research object and various evaluation indicators.
