研究目的：

基于课题组前期构建的化疗期胃癌患者心理弹性干预方案，对化疗期胃癌患者进行大规模干预性研究，验证该方案对患者的影响及临床应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the psychological resilience intervention for patients with gastric cancer during chemotherapy, a large-scale intervention study was conducted to verify the impact of the program on patients and the clinical application effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①病理组织学诊断为胃癌的患者； ②年龄≥18周岁； ③首次胃癌手术后，且计划进行化疗，拟在研究医院化疗，具备随访条件者； ④病情许可,知情同意并能够配合者； ⑤患者生存期预计在6个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

①Histopathologically diagnosed asgastric cancer; ②Aged >= 18 years; ③Patients who were planned to undergo chemotherapy in the study hospital after the first operation for gastric cancer and had follow-up conditions; ④Patients with medical consent, informed consent and ability to cooperate; ⑤The patient's survival time is expected to be more than 6 months.

排除标准：

①理解沟通障碍的患者； ②合并其他重症疾病的患者； ③既往有心理障碍及精神病史者； ④正在参与其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients who understand communication disorders; ②Patients with other serious diseases; ③People with previous mental disorders and a history of mental illness; ④Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
