To construct a prediction model of cognitive dysfunction of rural elderly based on logistic regression, and verify the effectiveness of the model in practical application.

1.自愿参与并签署知情同意书
2.年龄≥60岁

Inclusion criteria

1.Voluntary participation and informed consent

2.Age ≥60 years old

排除标准：

1.患有先天性脑瘫、精神障碍等疾病史患者；
2.沟通交流障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with congenital cerebral palsy, mental disorders and other diseases;

2.People with communication disabilities
