Objectives of Study：

To collect and analyze information on the symptoms, medicine use and recovery of diagnosed covid-19 patients presenting with cold symptoms.

纳入标准：

1.2022年12月14日-2023年1月31日间正在发病或刚痊愈的新冠感冒患者。
2.经核酸或抗原检测确诊感染新冠病毒并可提供证据。
3.已经核酸或抗原检测确证转阴可提供证据，或未来可进行确证并提供证据。
4.自愿同意填写调查问卷并提供个人信息。
5.年龄不限。

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed Covid-19 patients developing or recovering from cold symptoms between 14th Dec. 2020 and 31st Jan. 2023.
2.Definite diagnosis of Covid-19 infection with a nucleic acid or antigen test and being able to provide report copies.
3.Having already kept evidence of a negative result from a nucleic acid or antigen test and being able to provide report copies, or being able to acquire evidence of a negative result and provide report copies in the near future.
4.Voluntarily consent to participate in the survey and provide personal information.
5.No limitation on age.
