研究目的：

痛风的临床治疗大多以药物为主，其他治疗方案往往被忽视。 本研究计划将探讨使用运动游戏结合冰疗的运动康复是否可以帮助痛风患者减轻体重、减轻疼痛、改善运动范围、生活质量和痛风患者的血清尿酸浓度。 这种潜在的痛风治疗方法新颖、经济且易于获得。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical management of gout is mostly drug-based, and other treatment options are often ignored. This research proposal will explore whether exercise rehabilitation using exergames combine with ice therapy can help patients with gout to lose weight, relieve pain, improve range of movement, quality of life and serum concentrations of uric acid of patients with gout. This potential gout management treatment?is novel, economic, and easy to access.

纳入标准：

参加者必须
1）年龄介于18至70岁之间。
2) BMI≥25
3）能独立参与治疗
4）住在当地，治疗期间不会出远门
5）符合原发性痛风急性关节炎分类的初步标准。

Inclusion criteria

The participants must
1)have ages range from 18 to 70.
2)have BMI≥25
3)can participate in treatment independently
4)live in the local area, will not travel far during treatment
5)meet the preliminary criteria for the classification of the acute arthritis of primary gout.

排除标准：

参与者将被排除在外，如果他们是
1）目前正在接受降尿酸治疗（ULT）的患者。
2）无痛风相关疼痛或轻微疼痛的患者。
3）孕妇。
4）患有严重心脏病或血管疾病的患者。
5) 精神有问题或有精神病史者。
6) 不符合原发性痛风急性关节炎分类的初步标准。
7）不符合肥胖标准的患者
8) 患者身体状况严重，无法进行运动干预

Exclusion criteria：

The participants will be excluded if they are
1)patient with current of urate lowering therapy (ULT).
2)patients without gout-related pain or with mild pain.
3)pregnant woman.
4)patients with serious heart or vascular disease.
5)patients with mental problem or a history of mental illness.
6)not meeting the preliminary criteria for the classification of the acute arthritis of primary gout.
7)patients who do not meet obesity criteria
8)patients have serious medical condition that precludes exercise intervention

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究期间收集的所有数据表格和原始实验室记录将保存在AMDI办公室的可上锁文件柜中。此外，软拷贝数据将存储在研究人员的正式工作/台式电脑中，只有通过密码保护的登录才能访问。所有数据将保存7年。 多余/剩余的血液标本将保存2年，期满后丢弃。血液标本在保存期间不会用于其他研究。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All data forms and original laboratory records collected during the study will be maintained in lockable filing cabinets within the office in AMDI. Further, softcopy data will be stored in the researcher’s official work/ desktop computer, accessible only by password-protected login. All data will be maintained for 7 years. The excess/leftover blood specimens will be stored for 2 years and discarded after this period. The blood specimen will not be used for another research during the storage period.
