研究目的：

1、将ICU 患者按交流受限程度或各系统衰竭程度进行分类； 2、了解各类ICU 患者的需求并对需求进行分类； 3、了解各类ICU 患者传达自己意图的方式； 4、了解护士接收患者意图的效果及做出反应的意愿。  

Objectives of Study：

1、Classify ICU patients according to the degree of communication limitation or the degree of failure of each system; 2、 Understand and classify the needs of various ICU patients; 3、Understand the ways in which ICU patients communicate their intentions; 4、 Understand the effect of nurses' intention to receive patients and their willingness to respond.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄大于18岁；
（2）正入住ICU的清醒病人（不限制是否气管插管）；
（3）病人生命体征相对稳定。

Inclusion criteria

(1) over 18 years of age;

(2) awake patients admitted to the ICU (without restriction on endotracheal intubation);

(3) The patient's vital signs were relatively stable.

排除标准：

（1）正处于急性危重症状态，随时有生命危险的病人；
（2）有传染性疾病的病人；
（3）家属拒绝参与。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients who are in acute critical illness and in danger of life at any time;

(2) patients with infectious diseases;

(3) Family members refuse to participate.
