挖掘中风病“络损髓伤”多模态影像表征及其系统生物学基础，探讨皮层损伤相关结构网络及关键节点基因对早期神经功能恶化以及远期神经功能结局预后价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the multimodal image representation and system biology basis of "collateral damage and marrow injury" in stroke, and explore the prognostic value of cortical injury related structural networks and key node genes on early neurological deterioration and long-term neurological outcome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、缺血性卒中病人:1符合急性缺血性脑卒中诊断;2发病在 72 小 时以内;318 岁≤年龄≤80 岁;42 分≤NIHSS 分值≤25 分;5无磁 共振禁忌症;6病人或法定代理人知情同意，并签署知情同意书。
2、健康人:1对年龄、性别、教育程度、右利手等要素匹配健康受试 者;2无脑部器质性病变及明确的精神疾病，3无明确酒精、药物滥用 史;4签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ischemic stroke patients: 1 accord with the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke; The onset time was less than 72 hours; 318 <= 80; 42 points <= NIHSS score <= 25 points; 5 No contraindication of MRI; 6 The patient or legal representative gives informed consent and signs the informed consent form.
2. Healthy people: 1 pair of healthy subjects matched by age, gender, education level, right handedness and other factors; 2 No organic brain disease and definite mental disease, 3 no definite history of alcohol and drug abuse; 4 Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1既往有卒中病史且遗留后遗症影响结局测评者，本次卒中发病前 mRS≥2 分;2经检查证实由脑肿瘤、脑外伤、血液病、感染性疾病、 遗传性疾病、风湿免疫疾病等引起的卒中患者;3合并严重肝、肾功能 不全者(备注:肝功能不全是指 ALT 或 AST 值大于 2 倍正常上限;肾 功能不全是指血肌酐值大于 2 倍正常上限);有其他威胁生命的严重疾 病，预期生存时间小于 3 个月者;5合并显著限制神经功能评价或影响 病人随访的其他疾病;6妊娠、计划妊娠或哺乳期妇;7目前正在参加 其他干预性临床试验者;

Exclusion criteria：

1. For those who have a history of stroke and left sequelae that affect the outcome evaluation, mRS >= 2 points before the onset of this stroke; 2. Stroke patients confirmed by examination to be caused by brain tumor, brain trauma, blood disease, infectious diseases, genetic disease, rheumatic immune disease, etc; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Note: liver dysfunction refers to ALT or AST value greater than 2 times the upper normal limit; renal dysfunction refers to blood creatinine value greater than 2 times the upper normal limit); 4. There are other life threatening serious diseases, and the expected survival time is less than 3 months; 5. Other diseases that significantly limit the evaluation of neurological function or affect the follow-up of patients; 6. Pregnant, planned or lactating women; 7. Those who are currently participating in other intervention clinical trials;
