研究目的：

代谢综合征目前已成为全世界共同关注且亟需解决的公共卫生问题，其最主要、最直接的临床结果是心血管疾病，并且心血管疾病发生的危险性会随着代谢综合征各组分聚集数目的增多而进一步加大。因此，有效防治代谢综合征可进一步缓解心血管疾病的高发性。贵州省坐落于我国西南部，由于其独特的气候条件、特殊的地理位置、特殊的饮食习惯和各民族间生活习性的差异性，导致代谢综合征危险因素的特殊分布。本研究的目的和意义在于初步确定贵州省居民代谢综合征患病率及代谢综合征各组分患病率，了解代谢综合征各组分聚集情况及不同组合形式的患病率情况，分析贵州省居民代谢综合征的相关危险因素，提出相应的对策与建议，为制定有效的代谢综合征防控策略和措施提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Metabolic syndrome has now become a public health issue of common concern and urgent need to be addressed throughout the world. Its most important and direct clinical outcome is cardiovascular disease, and the risk of cardiovascular disease occurrence will further increase with the increase in the aggregation of components of metabolic syndrome. Therefore, effective prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome can further alleviate the high incidence of cardiovascular diseases. Guizhou Province is located in the southwest of China. Due to its unique climatic conditions, special geographical location, special dietary habits, and differences in living habits among ethnic groups, there is a special distribution of risk factors for metabolic syndrome. The purpose and significance of this study is to preliminarily determine the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its components in Guizhou Province, understand the aggregation of components of metabolic syndrome and the prevalence of different combinations, analyze the relevant risk factors of metabolic syndrome in Guizhou Province, and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide a basis for formulating effective prevention and control strategies and measures for metabolic syndrome.

纳入标准：

(1)年龄在18-75岁之间的居民（1947年1月1日至2004年12月31日之间出生）；
(2)筛查对象为项目点的常驻居民，即筛查前12个月内在项目点居住6个月以上的居民；
(3)自愿参加且签署知情同意书。
以上标准需同时满足。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Residents aged between 18 and 75 (born between January 1, 1947 and December 31, 2004);

(2) The screening object is the resident residents of the project site, i.e., residents who have lived in the project site for more than 6 months within the 12 months before the screening;

(3) Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

The above standards need to be met simultaneously.
