研究目的：

（1）通过高通量测序技术，筛选出伴与不伴侧颈淋巴结转移的甲状腺微小乳头状癌的差异RNA。 （2）通过差异RNA建立预测甲状腺微小乳头状癌伴颈侧区淋巴结转移的风险预测模型。 （3）通过多中心验证风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Differential Rnas of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma with and without lateral cervical lymph node metastasis were screened by high-throughput sequencing technology. (2) Differential RNA was used to establish a risk prediction model for thyroid micropapillary carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis. (3) Verify the risk prediction model through multi-center.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-80岁，首次手术；
（2）病理诊断明确为甲状腺微小乳头状癌；
（3）患者知情同意后自愿参与研究；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-80 years old, first-time operation;
(2) The pathological diagnosis of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma was confirmed;
(3) Patients voluntarily participated in the study with informed consent;

排除标准：

（1）既往有颈部放射史或甲状腺二次手术史；
（2）病理类型为结节性甲状腺肿、滤泡癌或髓样癌等非甲状腺微小乳头状癌标本；
（3）病例资料不全无法溯源；
（4）患者拒绝参与研究；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of cervical radiation or secondary thyroid surgery;
(2) The pathological types were nodular goiter, follicular carcinoma or medullary carcinoma, and other non-thyroid micropapillary carcinoma specimens;
(3) The case data is incomplete and untraceable;
(4) Patients refused to participate in the study;
