研究目的：

本研究测量妇科肿瘤（EC、CC、OC）磁共振功能成像（DCE、DKI）参数，采用独立样本t检验、Mann-Whitney U检验或卡方检验比较不同指标的各参数值。采用受试者工作特征曲线（receiver operating characteristic curve, ROC）和曲线下面积（areas under the ROC curve, AUC）比较各参数的总体诊断效能。评价DKI、DCE在妇科肿瘤的诊断，侵袭性、预后及疗效评估中的作用，为患者选择个性化治疗方法提供重要的临床特征，从而提高患者的生存率。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, parameters of functional magnetic resonance imaging (DCE, DKI) of gynecological tumors (EC, CC, OC) were measured, and parameters of different indexes were compared by independent sample T test, Mann-Whitney U test or Chi-square test. Receiver Operating characteristic curve (ROC) and areas under the ROC curve (AUC) were used to compare the overall diagnostic efficiency of each parameter. To evaluate the role of DKI and DCE in the diagnosis, aggressiveness, prognosis and efficacy evaluation of gynecological tumors, provide important clinical features for patients to choose personalized treatment methods, so as to improve the survival rate of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

行手术切除 (手术切除与影像检查间隔＜2周)，且经病理确诊为子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌或卵巢癌患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients underwent surgical resection (interval between surgical resection and imaging examination < 2 weeks) and were pathologically confirmed as endometrial cancer, cervical cancer or ovarian cancer.

排除标准：

1)既往有化疗和/或放疗史；2)未手术切除；3)手术切除与影像检查间隔＞2周；4)明显伪影；5) MRI扫描禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Previous history of chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy; 2) No surgical resection; 3) The interval between surgical resection and imaging examination was > 2 weeks; 4) Obvious artifacts; 5) Contraindications to MRI scanning.
