研究目的：

（1）探讨子代发育敏感时点疲乏的影响因素；（2）基于子代神经行为发育轨迹影响因素构建疲乏的管理方案  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the influencing factors of developmental sensitive point fatigue of offspring; (2) To construct a management scheme for fatigue based on the influence factors of progeny neurobehavioral development trajectory

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18周岁的孕产妇及其子代； (2)理解认知能力正常，有清晰的表达能力； (3)FS-14 量表筛查疲乏得分≧9 分； (4)在孕妇学校学习。

Inclusion criteria

1. The maternal aged >=18 years old and their offspring; 2. Normal understanding and cognitive ability, clear expression ability. 3. FS-14 scale screening fatigue score ≥ 9 points; 4. Study at a maternity school.

排除标准：

(1)孕前诊断为慢性疲乏者； (2)孕前患严重躯体疾病（免疫性疾病，严重心、肝、肾功能异常，肿瘤，感染性疾病）或精神疾病。 (3)孕妇有遗传代谢性疾病或染色体异常疾病者; (4)胎儿明确诊断畸形或孕早期母体致畸病毒感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those diagnosed with chronic fatigue before pregnancy; (2) those diagnosed with serious physical diseases (immune diseases, serious abnormalities of heart, liver and kidney function, tumors, infectious diseases) or mental diseases before pregnancy. (3) Pregnant women with genetic metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; (4) Fetal clear diagnosis of malformation or infection with maternal teratogenic virus in early pregnancy.
