Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and efficacy of Remazolam besylate and Cyclopol in painless gastroscopy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄35至65岁；美国麻醉师协会（ASA）I-II级，入室吸空气时血氧饱和度（SpO2）>90%。

Inclusion criteria

Age 35 to 65; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-II, SpO2>90% when inhaling air into the room.

排除标准：

已知麻醉药过敏史（苯磺酸瑞马唑仑、环泊酚、咪达唑仑、芬太尼）；慢性肾衰竭（肾小球滤过率<30 ml?min–1）；精神疾病或接受精神药物治疗；缺血性心脏病或二三级房室传导阻滞；哮喘、COPD；酒精、阿片类药物或镇静剂-催眠药物成瘾；肥胖（体重指数（body mass index, BMI）>30 kg/m2）；对研究中使用的药物过敏；操作时间< 15分钟

Exclusion criteria：

Known history of allergy to anesthetics (Remazolam benzenesulfonate, Cyclopol, Midazolam, Fentanyl); Chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate<30 ml ? min – 1); Mental illness or treatment with psychotropic drugs; Ischemic heart disease or second or third grade atrioventricular block; Asthma, COPD; Alcohol, opioid or sedative hypnotic addiction; Obesity (body mass index (BMI)>30 kg/m2); Allergies to the drugs used in the study; Operation time<15 minutes
