研究目的：

1.收集BMS前后肥胖患者临床代谢指标变化，分析BMS术后机体代谢改变，评估BMS后机体稳态，并探索其机制； 2.分析BMS前后肥胖患者大脑RSFC和RSNs变化，并与代谢相关指标进行相关性分析，探索大脑功能网络对机体代谢调节的机制； 3.探索脑-肠-菌轴参与BMS减重的机制，筛选与BMS减重相关的代谢指标，为临床评估BMS并发症的发生提供科学指导意见。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Collect the changes of clinical metabolic indicators of obese patients before and after BMS, analyze the changes in body metabolism after BMS, evaluate body homeostasis after BMS, and explore its mechanism; 2. The changes of brain RSFC and RSNs in obese patients before and after BMS were analyzed, and the correlation between them and metabolic indicators was analyzed to explore the mechanism of the brain functional network regulating body metabolism; 3. Explore the mechanism of the brain-intestine-bacteria axis involved in BMS weight loss, screen metabolic indicators related to BMS weight loss, and provide scientific guidance for clinical evaluation of the occurrence of BMS complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

BMS组：（1）依据2019年发布的针对成年患者 《中国减重手术指南》手术标准，BMI≥37.5kg/m2，或 BMI≥32 kg/m2伴随有肥胖合并症并进行BMS手术者；（2）年龄在18-60岁之间。（3）右利手；（4）患者本人及家属知情同意，自愿参加临床试验研究，依从性较好，自愿签订知情同意书者。
健康对照组：（1）当地社区招募正常体重健康志愿者，BMI 在 20－25kg/m2；（2）年龄 18－60 岁之间；（3）无任何 MRI 检查禁忌症;（4）右利手。

Inclusion criteria

Group BMS:(1) According to the surgical standards of Chinese Bariatric Surgery Guidelines for adult patients published in 2019,BMI≥37.5kg/m2 or BMI≥32 kg/m2 with obesity comorbidities and BMS surgery;(2) Aged between 18 and 60;(3) Right-handed;(4) Informed consent of patients and their family members, voluntary participation in clinical trials and studies, good compliance, voluntary signing of informed consent.
Group healthy control:(1) Local communities recruited healthy volunteers of normal weight with a BMI of 20-25kg/m2; (2) Between 18 and 60 years old; (3) No contraindications for MRI examination; (4) Right-handed.

排除标准：

BMS组：(1）不符合上述诊断标准，依从性差，未签订自愿参加试验研究知情同意书者。（2）患有任何恶性肿瘤病史、遗传病、性腺功能减退、肾功能不全、严重肝功能不全、潜在脑部病变、精神或神经疾病、既往有肠道手术、炎症性肠道疾病、器官功能障碍或服用任何中枢作用的精神活性或抗肥胖药物(即镇静剂、抗精神病药物者；（3）女性月经期间、未成年人、孕妇、60岁以上的老人等特殊人群。（4）体内含有不可取得金属假牙、心脏起搏器、人工关节、胰岛素泵等之类植入物或其他金属物质，幽闭恐惧症等患者，腰围超过MRI扫描仪内径者，头围超过MRI扫描线圈者。
健康对照组：(1）不符合上述诊断标准，依从性差，未签订自愿参加试验研究知情同意书者。（2）患有任何恶性肿瘤病史、遗传病、性腺功能减退、肾功能不全、严重肝功能不全、潜在脑部病变、精神或神经疾病、既往有肠道手术、炎症性肠道疾病、器官功能障碍或服用任何中枢作用的精神活性或抗肥胖药物(即镇静剂、抗精神病药物者；（3）女性月经期间、未成年人、孕妇、60岁以上的老人等特殊人群。（4）体内含有不可取得金属假牙、心脏起搏器、人工关节、胰岛素泵等之类植入物或其他金属物质，幽闭恐惧症等患者，腰围超过MRI扫描仪内径者，头围超过MRI扫描线圈者。

Exclusion criteria：

Group BMS:（1) Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria, have poor compliance and do not sign the informed consent for voluntary study.(2) have any history of malignant tumor, hereditary disease,hypogonadism, renal insufficiency, severe liver insufficiency, underlying brain lesion, mental or neurological disease, previous bowel surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, organ dysfunction, or use of any psychoactive or anti-obesity drugs of central action (i.e., sedatives, antipsychotics;(3) women during menstruation, minors, pregnant women, elderly people over 60 years old and other special groups.
(4) Patients with implantable metal dentures, cardiac pacemakers, artificial joints, insulin pumps or other metal substances, claustrophobia, waist circumference exceeding the inner diameter of MRI scanner, head circumference exceeding MRI scanning coil
