研究目的：

1.探究超声引导下5%葡萄糖注射治疗对腰脊神经后支卡压综合征患者的疗效，并和消炎镇痛复合液对比。 2.超声引导下5%葡萄糖注射是否能维持长期疗效，并且减少血糖波动、复发率更低。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided 5% dextrose injection therapy in patients with posterior lumbar spinal nerve entrapment syndrome and to compare it with anti-inflammatory and analgesic complex. 2. Whether ultrasound-guided 5% glucose injection can maintain long-term efficacy and reduce blood glucose fluctuation and lower recurrence rate.

纳入标准：

1.符合腰脊神经后支卡压综合征诊断标准
2.年龄≥18岁
3.NRS评分≥4分
4.行诊断性腰脊神经后支阻滞后，疼痛不适症状缓解达 50% 以上者

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for posterior lumbar spinal nerve entrapment syndrome
2. Age ≥ 18 years
3. NRS score ≥ 4 points
4. After the diagnostic posterior lumbar spinal nerve block, the pain and discomfort are relieved by more than 50%.

排除标准：

1.脊柱源性特异性腰痛（中重度椎间盘突出、椎管狭窄，脊柱滑脱等疾病；肿瘤，结核、感染，骨折，免疫性疾病如类风湿、强直性脊柱炎）
2.盆腔内脏疾病所致的腰痛
3.随机血糖＞11.1mmoL/L
4.拒绝参加本试验

Exclusion criteria：

1. Spinal origin specific low back pain (moderate to severe disc herniation, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis and other diseases; tumors, tuberculosis, infection, fractures, immune diseases such as rheumatoid, ankylosing spondylitis)
2. low back pain due to pelvic visceral disease
3. Random blood glucose >11.1mmoL/L
4. Refusal to participate in this test
