研究目的：

本研究拟通过能谱CT的能量曲线、CT引导下穿刺活检、病理及细胞学结果方法，围绕以下两个目标进行研究： 1、能谱曲线对恶性肿瘤及其他部分病灶同源性诊断的效能； 2、能谱曲线及双能CT的原子序数图对于CT引导下穿刺部位选择的指导作用  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to focus on the following two objectives through the energy curve of energy spectrum CT, CT guided puncture biopsy, pathological and cytological results methods: 1. The efficacy of energy spectrum curves in the homologous diagnosis of malignant tumors and other lesions; 2. The guiding role of energy spectrum curve and Atomic number diagram of dual energy CT in the selection of puncture site under CT guidance

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、原发肿瘤怀疑伴有全身转移； 2、原发灶及转移灶都进行穿刺活检，或转移灶进行穿刺活检，病理证实转移灶来源

Inclusion criteria

1. Suspected primary tumor with systemic metastasis; 2. Both the primary and metastatic lesions are subjected to puncture biopsy, or the metastatic lesion is subjected to puncture biopsy, and pathological examination confirms the source of the metastatic lesion

排除标准：

1、成骨型骨转移瘤； 2、患者在穿刺活检前进行手术、化疗或放疗等治疗

Exclusion criteria：

1. Osteogenic bone metastasis tumor; 2. Patients undergo surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy before undergoing biopsy
