研究目的：

探讨腹腔镜、胆道镜联合十二指肠镜（三镜联合）治疗胆囊结石合并细径胆总管结石的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the Safety and efficacy of three-lens combined in treatment of cholecystolithiasis combined with small-diameter choledocholithiasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) laparoscopic common bile duct exploration（LCBDE）, primary duct closure （PDC）with endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD), and the control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC), endoscopic retrograde cholangioancreatography（ERCP）/endoscopic sphincterotomy（EST） with endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD). 

纳入标准：

①术前结合症状及影像学检查（腹部B超、CT、MRCP）确诊为胆囊结石合并胆总管结石者；
②胆总管直径≤0.8cm;
③年龄为18-60岁，性别不限；
④未合并胆道狭窄、畸形或肿瘤；
⑤未合并肝内胆管结石、胆管炎、急性胰腺炎、Mirrizzi 综合征；
⑥择期手术患者；
⑦获得知情同意，签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients were diagnosed by preoperative symptoms and imaging examination (abdominal B ultrasound, CT, MRCP).
② The diameter of common bile duct ≤0.8cm.
③ Age of 18-60 years old, both sexes.
④ no biliary stricture, malformation or tumor.
⑤ no hepatolithiasis, cholangitis, acute pancreatitis, Mirrizzi syndrome.
⑥ patients undergoing elective surgery.
⑦ Informed consent was obtained and signed.

排除标准：

①并发症严重或病情进展迅速而需要急诊手术者；
②心、脑、肺、肾功能异常，全身情况差，不能耐受手术者；
③十二指肠乳头功能欠佳或有狭窄者；
④既往有胆道手术史或腹部手术史；
⑤无法随访或中途失访者；
⑥有精神心理疾病者；
⑦妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe complications or rapid progression of the disease requiring emergency surgery.
② abnormal heart, brain, lung, kidney function, poor general condition, can not tolerate surgery.
③ poor function or stenosis of duodenal papilla.
④history of biliary tract surgery or abdominal surgery.
⑤ Unable to follow up or lost follow-up.
⑥ patients with mental illness.
⑦ Pregnant or lactating women.
