研究目的：

基于头颅MRI的DTI成像技术评估针灸治疗何种部位梗死后的肢体功能障碍有效，依据梗死部位或者对侧DTI成像技术上纤维束的变化阐明针灸治疗卒中后肢体障碍康复的神经影像学机制，从而进一步提倡脑梗死肢体功能障碍个体化治疗规范临床操作、构建合理的疗效评价体系。  

Objectives of Study：

DTI imaging technology based on head MRI was used to evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of limb dysfunction after infarction, and the neuroimaging mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke was elucidated according to the changes of fiber bundles in the infarction site or contralateral DTI imaging technology. To further advocate the individual treatment of cerebral infarction limb dysfunction standard clinical operation, the construction of a reasonable curative effect evaluation system.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合脑卒中诊断标准；
2. 病程2周～6个月；
3. 年龄35～75岁；
4. 神志清醒（格拉斯科昏迷量表即GCS评分为10分），病情稳定；
5. 有肢体功能障碍，Brunnstreom分期≤Ⅴ期；
6. 自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke;
2. Course of disease: 2 weeks to 6 months;
3. Aged 35 to 75 years old;
4. Conscious (GCS score was 10) and stable condition;
5. Physical dysfunction, Brunnstreom stage <= ⅴ;
6. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 合并失语、视听障碍患者或其他精神障碍患者；
2. 对针灸治疗反感者，依从性差者；
3. 孕妇，妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
4. 全身营养状况极差，合并严重的心、肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统疾病严重原发性疾病。
5. 凡不符合纳入标准，未按规定治疗，无法判定疗效或数据不全等影响疗效。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with aphasia, audio-visual impairment or other mental disorders;
2. Those who have antipathy to acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and poor compliance;
3. Pregnant women, pregnant or lactating women;
4. Poor nutritional status of the whole body, complicated with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system;
5. If the inclusion criteria are not met and the treatment is not prescribed, the efficacy cannot be determined or incomplete data can affect the efficacy.
