研究目的：

本研究将高压氧治疗应用于重度支气管扩张症合并新冠肺炎患者，探索对其肺功能及生活质量的改善作用。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, hyperbaric oxygen therapy was applied to patients with severe bronchiectasis complicated with novel coronavirus pneumonia to explore the improvement of lung function and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2021年中国成人支气管扩张症诊断与治疗专家共识的诊断标准；②支气管扩张严重程度指数（bronchiectasis severity index，BSI）评分>8分; ③符合新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案（试行第十版）中临床分型中型，影像学可见特征性新冠病毒感染肺炎表现。④新冠阳性者转阴后。

Inclusion criteria

① Meeting the diagnostic criteria agreed by experts in the diagnosis and treatment of adult bronchiectasis in China in 2021; ② bronchiectasis severity index (BSI) score >8; ③ In accordance with the clinical classification of the diagnosis and treatment protocol for novel coronavirus infection (trial 10th edition), the clinical classification was medium, and imaging showed characteristic manifestations of novel coronavirus pneumonia. (4) COVID-19 positive patients turn negative.

排除标准：

①生命体征不平稳，无法耐受外出高压氧治疗；②合并严重肺气肿，肺大泡，气胸，肺癌（正在应用抗肿瘤药物）等呼吸系统疾病；③合并心脏衰竭，肝肾功能不全等严重基础疾病；④不能配合高压氧治疗；⑤治疗依从性较差者。

Exclusion criteria：

① The vital signs were unstable and could not tolerate outside hyperbaric oxygen treatment; ② Patients with respiratory diseases such as severe emphysema, pulmonary bulla, pneumothorax, lung cancer (being treated with antitumor drugs); ③ With serious underlying diseases such as heart failure, liver and kidney insufficiency; (4) Can not be combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment; (5) Poor treatment compliance.
