研究目的：

本研究旨在结合临床实践系统阐述环状软骨按压法，采用描述性研究方法，初步评价环状软骨按压法的有效性和安全性。进一步设计一项随机对照研究评价环状软骨按压的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to systematically elaborate the cricoid cartilage compression method in combination with clinical practice, and to preliminarily evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the cricoid cartilage compression method by using descriptive research methods. A randomized controlled study was designed to evaluate the safety of cricoid compression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①我们选择年龄在18岁以上的患者，他们均行无痛胃镜检查；②主诉为嗳气或典型胃食管反流症状（反流、烧心），且病程＞3个月；③每位入组患者均提供知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① We selected patients over the age of 18, all of whom underwent painless gastroscopy. ② The main complaint was belching or typical gastroesophageal reflux symptoms (regurgitation, heartburn), and the duration of the disease was more than 3 months. ③ Each enrolled patient provided informed consent.

排除标准：

①非无痛胃镜检查者；②食管、胃或十二指肠切除术史者；③有咽后脓肿或声门肿物或环状软骨骨折病史者; ④排除除严重器质性疾患者；⑤不能提供知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

① non-painless gastroscopy; ② History of resection of esophagus, stomach or duodenum; ③ Patients with a history of postpharyngeal abscess or glottic mass or cricoid fracture; (4) Exclude those with serious organic diseases; ⑤ Unable to provide informed consent.

采用计算机生成随机数将入组患者随机分为按压组和对照组。编码放入不透明的信封中，由1名与数据无关的研究者准备并分发到内镜中心。在最后一个病人被招募之前，随机编码一直处于保密状态。患者对随机序列不知情。所有数据分为术中数据和其他数据(包括术前和术后数据)，由2名医生分别收集，其中1名医生收集其他数据时对分组信息不知情，直至研究结束。
