研究目的：

1.研究中西医结合治疗新型冠状病毒感染重症的疗效、及其中医证治规律； 2.深入研究中医药治疗新型冠状病毒感染重症的作用机制。 3.分析新型冠状病毒感染重症的中医证候分布特点。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Study the efficacy of the intensive treatment of new coronary virus infection in the treatment of new type of coronary virus, and the rule of Chinese medical evidence; 2. In -depth study of the mechanism of severe disease in the treatment of new coronary virus infection. 3. Analyze the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome distribution of new coronary virus infection.

纳入标准：

1.符合新型冠状病毒感染重型或危重型的诊断标准; 西医诊断标准参考《新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案》（试行第十版） 1）重型： 成人符合下列任何一条且不能以新冠病毒感染以外其他原因解释: ①出现气促，RR≥30 次/分； ②静息状态下，吸空气时指氧饱和度≤93%； ③动脉血氧分压（PaO2）/吸氧浓度（FiO2）≤300mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa），高海拔（海拔超过 1000 米）地区应根据以下公式对 PaO2/FiO2进行校正:PaO2/FiO2×[760/大气压(mmHg)]； ④临床症状进行性加重，肺部影像学显示 24～48 小时内病灶明显进展＞50%。 2）危重型： 符合以下情况之一者: ①出现呼吸衰竭，且需要机械通气； ②出现休克； ③合并其他器官功能衰竭需 ICU 监护治疗。 2.年龄≥14岁，性别不限； 3.患者接受本研究并同意签署知情同意书，能按时配合者。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnostic criteria that meets the new type of coronary virus infection or severe type; Western medicine diagnosis standard refer to the "New Coronatte Virus Infection Diagnosis Plan" (Trial Tenth Edition) 1) Heavy type: Adults are in line with any of the following and cannot be explained other than the new coronal virus infection: ① There is shortness of breath, RR ≥ 30 times/minute; ② In a static state, the oxygen saturation is ≤93%when sucking the air; ③ Arterial blood oxygen division (PAO2)/Oxygen concentration (FIO2) ≤300mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133kPa), high altitude (more than 1,000 meters above sea level) should be corrected to PAO2/FIO2 according to the following formulas: PAO2/FIO2 × [[FIO2 × [ 760/atmospheric pressure (mmHg)]; ④ The clinical symptoms are aggravated, and the lung imaging science shows that the lesions have made significant progress in 24 to 48 hours. 2) Dangerous type: One of the following situations: ① respiratory failure occurs, and mechanical ventilation is required; ② Park; ③ Combined other organ failure requires ICU monitoring treatment. 2. Age ≥14 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Patients accept this study and agree to sign the informed consent, who can cooperate on time.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 2.2022年11月至2023年1月参加了其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：
