研究目的：

本研究共分析60位受試者，隨機前後接受震動訓練與有氧運動訓練，運動過程中藉由紅外熱成像儀器分析其背部與大腿之紅外熱成像用以研究其震動訓練對傳統有氧運動訓練之差異。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a total of 60 subjects were analyzed. They received vibration training and aerobic exercise training before and after randomization. During the exercise, infrared thermal imaging equipment was used to analyze the infrared thermal imaging of their back and thighs to study the impact of vibration training on traditional aerobic exercise. difference in training.

纳入标准：

所有受試者需20歲以上並身體健康且缺乏的定期運動鍛煉；以及在沒有任何幫助的情況下獨立站立的能力。

Inclusion criteria

All subjects need to be over 20 years old and in good health and lack regular exercise; and the ability to stand independently without any assistance.

排除标准：

排除標準包括：可能影響肌肉骨骼系統正常代謝的藥物治療；過去 3 個月內骨折或手術；神經肌肉疾病、帕金森、老年癡呆、眩暈等病史。沒有受試者有神經肌肉疾病史，並且在調查時沒有受試者被診斷出患有疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included: drug therapy that may affect the normal metabolism of the musculoskeletal system; fracture or surgery within the past 3 months; medical history of neuromuscular diseases, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, vertigo, etc. No subject had a history of neuromuscular disease, and no subject had been diagnosed with a disease at the time of the survey.
