研究目的：

本研究通过对气郁质单纯性肥胖患者进行针刺治疗，观察针刺对其肠道菌群的影响，为针刺治疗气郁质单纯性肥胖提供客观依据，并基于肠道菌群进行初步机制探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients with simple obesity with Qi stagnation were treated with acupuncture to observe the influence of acupuncture on their intestinal flora, so as to provide objective basis for acupuncture treatment of simple obesity with Qi stagnation, and preliminary mechanism discussion was conducted based on intestinal flora.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合上述气郁质中医诊断标准，气郁质原始分体质转化分≥40 分，且 在所有体质类型中分数最高； 2.符合上述西医诊断标准的单纯性肥胖患者，且 28kg/m^2≤BMI＜32kg/m^2； 3.年龄在 18～60 周岁之间，性别不限； 4.在济南生活一年以上，且近一个月内未服用抗生素、益生菌等； 5.近 2 个月内未使用减肥药以及其他减肥方法者； 6.自愿参加并且能够配合临床指标检测，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.In line with the above TCM diagnostic criteria, the original constitution transformation score of qi depression was ≥ 40 points, and the score was the highest among all body types 2.Patients with simple obesity who meet the above Western medical diagnostic criteria and have a BMI of 28kg/m^2≤ <32kg/m^2 3.Be between 18~60 years old and have no gender limit 4.Have lived in Jinan for more than one year, and have not taken antibiotics, probiotics, etc. in the past month 5.Those who have not used diet pills and other weight loss methods in the past 2 months 6.Voluntarily participate and be able to cooperate with clinical index testing and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.继发性肥胖患者，如下丘脑综合症、性腺功能不全、甲状腺功能减退症、库欣综合征、多囊卵巢综合征、肿瘤、药物等原因导致的肥胖； 2.合并有严重心脑血管疾患、肝肾功能不全、血液系统疾病等严重原发 性疾病； 3.患有严重的精神类疾病； 4.严重过敏体质，或近期有感染史者； 5.皮肤溃疡者； 6.正在进行或近 2 个月进行了其他减肥治疗者； 7.近一个月内饮服抗生素、益生菌等影响肠道菌群药物或酸奶等发酵物。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Secondary obesity patients, such as thalamic syndrome, gonadal insufficiency, hypothyroidism, Cushing syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, tumors, drugs and other causes of obesity; 2.Combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, blood system diseases and other serious primary diseases; 3.suffer from a serious psychiatric disorder; 4.Severe allergies, or recent history of infection; 5.Skin ulcers; 6.Those who are undergoing or have had other weight loss treatments in the past 2 months; 7.The ingestion of antibiotics, probiotics, etc., in the last month affects the gut flora medications or ferments such as yogurt.
