研究目的：

以颅脑创伤的规范化康复为切入点，选择不同的代表性科室，分别建立不同模式的颅脑创伤康复单元，收治不同时期颅脑创伤患者，完成规范化的康复评定和治疗，与回顾性分析数据进行对比，考察其疗效。本研究对颅脑创伤康复单元的建设作出积极的探索，建立规范化的示范单元，为北京地区和国内的推广建立基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking the standardized rehabilitation of craniocerebral trauma as the starting point, different representative departments were selected, different models of craniocerebral trauma rehabilitation units were established, patients with craniocerebral trauma in different periods were admitted and treated, standardized rehabilitation evaluation and treatment were completed, and retrospective analysis data were compared to investigate their efficacy. This study actively explores the construction of craniocerebral trauma rehabilitation unit, establishes a standardized demonstration unit, and establishes a foundation for promotion in Beijing and China.

颅脑创伤住院康复患者，有明确颅脑创伤病史。

Inclusion criteria

The inpatients with craniocerebral trauma have a clear history of craniocerebral trauma.

排除标准：

生命体征不稳定，需要手术或其它抢救治疗，无法介入康复治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those whose vital signs are unstable, need surgery or other rescue treatment, and cannot intervene in rehabilitation treatment.
