研究目的：

本项目中，维生素D强化奶将研发并引入农村寄宿学校，以预防农村地区学生维生素D缺乏和不足。在农村寄宿学校进行维生素D强化奶干预，干预时间为1年，观察干预的营养效果以及市场供应链和学校食堂管理的可行性和可持续性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, vitamin D fortified milk will be developed and introduced into rural boarding schools to prevent vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency among students in rural areas. Intervention with vitamin D fortified milk was conducted in rural boarding schools for one year to observe the nutritional effects of the intervention, as well as the feasibility and sustainability of market supply chain and school cafeteria management.

纳入标准：

受试对象年龄在11-15岁，无先天或长期疾病史

Inclusion criteria

The subjects are aged 11-15 years old and have no history of congenital or long-term diseases

排除标准：

乳糖不耐或对牛奶过敏学生

Exclusion criteria：

Students who are lactose intolerant or allergic to milk
