研究目的：

本研究的目标是观察接受外科手术的老年患者在术中接受右美输注后术后三天内睡眠质量和褪黑素分泌水平。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to observe sleep quality and melatonin secretion levels for three days after surgery in elderly patients undergoing intraoperative dexmedetomidine infusion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 签署知情同意书； ② 年龄大于65岁； ③ ASA分级II~III级； ④ 拟择期行胸外科手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

① Sign informed consent; ② Older than 65 years; ③ ASA grade II to III; ④ Patients who plan to undergo elective thoracic surgery

排除标准：

① ASA>III级； ② 对区域阻滞技术有禁忌症者（局部麻醉剂过敏，穿刺部位周围感染和有凝血障碍者）； ③ 有止痛药依赖史； ④ 痴呆患者或者认知功能障碍（CAM量表阳性，MMSE量表得分低于24分）； ⑤ 3 个月内发生过任何脑血管意外，如脑卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA） 等 ⑥ 任何沟通困难者。

Exclusion criteria：

① ASA>III; ② Patients with contraindications to regional block technique (allergy to local anesthetic, infection around puncture site and coagulation disorder); ③ Have a history of dependence on painkillers; ④ Dementia patients or cognitive dysfunction (positive CAM scale, MMSE scale score less than 24 points); ⑤ Any cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc ⑥ Anyone with difficulty in communication.
