研究目的：

1、前瞻性的比较18F-FDG PET/CT与68Ga-FAPI PET/CT对延胡索酸水合酶缺陷型肾细胞癌的诊断效能；2、探索18F-FDG PET/CT与68Ga-FAPI PET/CT相关参数对延胡索酸水合酶缺陷型肾细胞癌预后预测价值  

Objectives of Study：

1.To prospectively compare 18F-FDG PET/CT with 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT in the diagnosis of fumarate hydratase-deficient renal cell carcinoma(FHRCC) 2.To explore the prognostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT and 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT parameters for fumarate hydratase-deficient renal cell carcinoma(FHRCC)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1） 经病理证实或基因测序证实为FHRCC；2）行PET检查前4周内未接受任何治疗；3）年龄≥18岁

Inclusion criteria

1) FHRCC confirmed by pathology or gene sequencing; 2) without any treatment within 4 weeks before PET examination; 3) Age ≥ 18 years old

排除标准：

1）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；2）合并其它恶性肿瘤；3）不能签署扫描的知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients during pregnancy/lactation; 2) Patients complicated with other malignant tumors; 3) Patients who can not sign the scanned informed consent.
