研究目的：

本研究基于睡眠剥夺治重度抑郁症的的突触可塑性假说和睡眠-觉醒调节的突触稳态假说，通过PSG监测睡眠剥夺前后的睡眠结构，评估患者治疗前后的抑郁程度、对睡眠剥夺的应答及认识功能，证实睡眠剥夺对重度抑郁症的疗效，为治疗重度抑郁症提供新的思路和方法，并探索其神经机制及长期效果，为临床治疗重度抑郁症供新思路和科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Synaptic plasticity hypothesis of this study is based on sleep deprivation, through many guide sleep monitoring, observation of sleep deprivation on the treatment of depression, assessment of sleep deprivation of depression before and after treatment, compared the effect of different modes of sleep deprivation on major depressive disorder, for the treatment of severe depressive episode provides a new thinking and method of the treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合 ICD-10 中精神疾病中的重度抑郁症的诊断标准（F32.2和F32.3）
（2）年龄18-65 岁
（3）初中以上学历
（4）首次抑郁发作或复发者、耐药性抑郁症，拒绝药物治疗者
（5）依从性好，能竖持按疗程进行治疗

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for major depression among psychiatric disorders (F32.2 and F32.3)
(2) Age 18-65 years old
(3) Junior high school or above
(4) Patients with first depressive episode or relapse, drug-resistant depression, and refusing drug treatment
(5) Good compliance, and can be treated according to the course of treatment

排除标准：

（1）年龄低于 18 岁或超过 65 岁者
（2）在妊娠期的孕妇或哺乳期的妇女
（3）患有脑器质性疾病、癫痫和其他神经系统疾病、自身免疫性疾病、肝肾功能损害、恶性肿瘤、严重躯体疾病、伴有人格障碍、酒精药物依赖、感染、身体素质差及在测量前两周或测量期间使用任何中枢神经系统活性药物(重度抑郁症治疗中使用抗抑郁药物除外)等相关的不合适纳入者
（4）过去6个月内接受过电休克治疗者
（5）入院前3个月未使用长效安定类药物治疗
（6）过去6个月内有药物或酒精依赖或滥用史
（7）轮班工作者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) under the age of 18 or over the age of 65
(2) Pregnant or lactating women during pregnancy
(3) with organic brain disease, epilepsy and other neurological diseases, autoimmune diseases, liver and kidney impairment, malignant tumor, serious body disease, accompanied by a personality disorder, drug and alcohol dependence, infection, poor physical quality and during the first two weeks or measurement using any of the activity of the central nervous system drugs (except for major depression treatment in the use of antidepressant drugs), etc Is not suitable for inclusion
(4) Patients who have received electroconvulsive therapy in the past 6 months
(5) No long-acting valium drugs were used 3 months before admission
(6) A history of drug or alcohol dependence or abuse within the past 6 months
(7) Shift workers
