研究目的：

（1）通过对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者采用中医心理疗法干预，改善其心理状况，加速其病情恢复。 （2）通过观察患者经中医心理疗法干预前后的心理状况变化，探究中医心理疗法对改善新冠肺炎患者负面情绪的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) through the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine psychotherapy for patients with new-type coronavirus pneumonia, improve their psychological status and accelerate their recovery. (2) by observing the changes in patients' psychological status before and after the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine psychotherapy, the influence of traditional Chinese medicine psychotherapy on the improvement of negative emotions of patients with new coronary pneumonia was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）确诊为新型冠状病毒肺炎的确诊病例或疑似病例患者； 2）能理解本研究内容，具有正常沟通交流理解能力; 3）自愿参加本研究，并取得监护人或患者本人的书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) confirmed or suspected cases of new coronavirus pneumonia; 2) be able to understand the content of this study, and have the ability of normal communication and understanding; 3) voluntarily participate in this study and obtain written informed consent from the guardian or the patient.

排除标准：

1）处于昏迷的患者、无法进行自主活动和社会活动的患者； 2）有精神疾病的患者，或有药物引起精神不良反应的患者； 3）合并心脑血管、 肝肾功能损伤等严重疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients in coma, unable to carry out voluntary activities and social activities; 2) patients with mental illness or adverse reactions caused by drugs; 3) patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney damage.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集由负责具体心理干预志愿者采集并录入电脑，并于参试者观察结束后1周完成所有数据录入，课题组设专人进行分别于参试者入组时及参试者观察结束后，对录入数据进行复核，并统一管理全部参试者资料。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection was collected by the volunteers in charge of specific psychological intervention and recorded into the computer, and all data entry was completed one week after the observation of participants. The research group assigned a special person to review the input data when participants were enrolled and after observation of participants, and uniformly managed the data of all participants.
