探讨粪菌移植对新发帕金森病治疗的有效性、安全性及持续性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness, safety and sustainability of fecal microbiota transplantation for de novo Parkinson's disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.签署知情同意书；
2.年龄18-75岁；
3.首次临床诊断为帕金森病 (符合MDS帕金森病诊断标准)；
4.Hoehn&Yahr分期在2-3；
5.从未服用过治疗帕金森病相关药物。

Inclusion criteria

1. Signed informed consent form;
2. Aged 18-75 years;
3. First clinical diagnosis?of Parkinson's disease (MDS criteria);
4. Hoehn & Yahr stage 2-3 (including);
5. Never-medicated for Parkinsons disease.

排除标准：

1.一级亲属或多个亲属诊断PD；
2.诊断为痴呆或MMSE < 25；
3.诊断为重度抑郁或精神病（DSM-V 标准）；
4.近3个月内出现以下任何一种情况：入院、麻醉或镇静、腹部外伤；
5.胃肠道原发性疾病（慢性胃炎除外）；
6.既往腹部或肛门直肠手术史（导致肠道结构异常）；
7.近3个月内出现以下任何一项：胃肠道或呼吸道感染、食物中毒；
8.近3个月内使用益生菌或抗生素；
9.结肠镜检查禁忌症；
10.其他免疫疾病或临床免疫抑制剂；
11.滥用药物；
12.恶性肿瘤；
13.任何可能干扰治疗医师确定的学习过程的严重合并症；
14.试验期间怀孕或抗孕不足。

Exclusion criteria：

1. First degree relative or more than one relative with PD;
2. Diagnosis of dementia or MMSE < 25;
3. Diagnosis of major depression or psychosis (DSM-V criteria);
4. Any of the following within the previous 2 months: hospital admission, narcosis or sedation, abdominal trauma;
5. Primary disease of gastrointestinal tract (exception: chronic gastritis);
6. Previous abdominal or anorectal surgery (causing structural abnormalities of the intestines);
7. Any of the following within the previous 2 months: gastrointestinal or respiratory tract infection, food intoxication;
8. The use of probiotics or antibiotics within three months prior to FMT;
9. Contra-indications for colonoscopy;
10. Other immune disorder or clinical immunosuppression;
11. Drug abuse;
12. Malignancy;
13. Any severe comorbidity that might interfere with the study course as determined by the treating physician;
14. Pregnancy or inadequate anti conception for the duration of the trial.

患者按照1:1比例被随机分成两组。本试验采用分层区组随机化的方法进行随机化分组，按照以1:1比例产生随机分组序列。研究者在患者签署知情同意书后，通过SPSS 21.0统计软件实现随机化分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Subjects will be randomly allocated to two groups in a 1:1 ratio. To produce a randomization sequence in a 1:1 ratio, stratified block randomization is used in this study. After obtaining written informed consent from patients and/or their relatives, investigators achieve randomization by SPSS 21.0.
