Study design：

研究目的：

（1）病例对照研究妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）和非GDM子代脐带血CBMC端粒系统变化 （2）通过基础实验在不同葡萄糖浓度下对脐带血CBMC体外培养，检测葡萄糖浓度变化如何影响细胞氧化应激状态、细胞端粒损伤情况、端粒结构/端粒酶基因启动子区域甲基化状态的变化，并阐述机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Case-control study of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and changes in CBMC telomere system in umbilical cord blood of non-GDM offspring (2) Umbilical cord blood CBMC was cultured in vitro at different glucose concentrations through basic experiments to detect how changes in glucose concentration affect the oxidative stress state of cells, the damage of cell telomeres, the change of telomere structure/telomerase gene promoter region methylation state, and elaborate the mechanism.

纳入标准：

研究组：年龄25-30岁，孕周39-41周，顺产或者剖宫产分娩，
对照组：无妊娠并发症，年龄25-30岁，孕周39-41周，顺产或者剖宫产分娩。

Inclusion criteria

Study group: age 25-30 years, gestational age 39-41 weeks, vaginal or cesarean delivery,
control group: no pregnancy complications, age 25-30 years, gestational age 39-41 weeks, spontaneous or cesarean delivery.

排除标准：

包括多胎妊娠、孕前糖尿病、妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期发现的感染性疾病、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症、孕期反复出血保胎、前置胎盘、胎盘早剥、急产、羊水过少/过多及并发内科并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

These include multiple pregnancies, preconceptional diabetes, hypertensive disorders during pregnancy, infectious diseases detected during pregnancy, intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy, recurrent bleeding during pregnancy, placenta previa, placental abruption, emergency labor, oligo/too much hydramnios, and complicated medical complications.
