本研究旨在探讨检测超敏C反应蛋白、网膜蛋白-1、全身免疫炎症指数和全身炎症反应指数在妊娠期糖尿病筛查中的价值  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness of using hs-CRP, omentin-1,SII, and SIRI in screening for gestational diabetes mellitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①妊娠24～28周，年龄22～40岁，单胎，妊娠前无糖尿病；②无急慢性炎症及近期感染，无甲亢；③临床无发热；④同意参与本课题研究。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria for this study are: pregnant women between 24-28 weeks of gestation, aged between 22-40 years, carrying a singleton fetus, with no history of diabetes prior to pregnancy; absence of acute or chronic inflammation or recent infection, and no hyperthyroidism. Additionally, participants should not have experienced fever during clinical practice and must provide consent to participate in the research project.

排除标准：

多胎妊娠，未按要求完成孕检，妊娠过程中出现感染、发热等影响待测指标结果的因素。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were multiple pregnancies, failure to complete the required pregnancy examination, and any factors that may affect the results of the indicators tested during pregnancy, such as infection or fever.
