探讨纳米碳在早期外阴癌前哨淋巴结示踪中的可行性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The current study aimed to validate the feasibility and efficacy of CNPs in tracking sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) in early vulvar cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄18岁-90岁； ② T1b- T2期外阴癌，肿瘤直径<4cm，单灶性病变，已进行外阴肿瘤切除和前哨淋巴结活检或者腹股沟淋巴结切除的患者； ③ 查体及影像学检查未发现腹股沟区淋巴结肿大或转移。

Inclusion criteria

① The patient's age is between 18 and 90 years old; ② patients who were diagnosed with unifocal vulvar cancer (T1/2, squamous cell carcinoma, less than 4 cm in diameter) and underwent excision of vulvar tumor and sentinel lymph node biopsy or excision of inguinal lymph node; ③ No suspicious inguinofemoral lymph nodes indicated by physical or imaging examination.

排除标准：

① 未行手术或未切除腹股沟前哨/腹股沟淋巴结的外阴癌患者； ② 复发性/转移性外阴癌患者； ③ 入院时合并其他肿瘤； ④ 病例数据不完全者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with vulvar cancer who did not receive surgery or excision of sentinel/inguinal lymph nodes; ② Patients with recurrent/metastatic vulvar cancer; ③ Other tumors were present on admission; ④ Incomplete case data.
