研究目的：

1. 描述中国EGPA患者的人口统计学，临床特征和临床结局 2. 描述中国EGPA患者的治疗模式 3. 量化中国EGPA患者全因以及EGPA相关的医疗资源使用和直接医疗费用  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the demographic, clinical characteristics and clinical outcomes. 2. Identify and describe the treatments used and their patterns. 3. Quantify the all-cause and EGPA-related healthcare resource utilization and direct medical costs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 2015.1.1至2019.12.31期间主诊断为EGPA（国际疾病分类第10版ICD-10代码：M30.1或诊断名为“嗜酸性肉芽肿性多血管炎”或“ Churg-Strauss综合征”或EGPA或CSS缩写），且同时满足ACR或MIRRA的诊断标准（详见附录2）；
2) 入组时年龄≥ 18 岁；
3) 入组一年内有至少一次EGPA相关的就诊记录

Inclusion criteria

i. With EGPA as primary diagnosis from 2015.1.1 to 2019.12.31 (International Classification of Diseases 10th edition / ICD-10 code: M30.1 or diagnosed as "eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis" or "Churg-Strauss synthesis" or EGPA or CSS abbreviation), and met the ACR or MIRRA diagnosis criteria (see appendix 2);
ii. ≥18 years of age at index date;
iii. Had at least one EGPA-related visit within one year after index date.

排除标准：

排除在整个研究期内有恶性肿瘤诊断的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude patients diagnosed with any malignant tumor during the study period.
