1. To evaluate the value of CSF multiplex PCR and tNGS in the pathogenic diagnosis of CNS infection in children 2. To evaluate the value of pathogen metagenomics combined with host response in the identification of pathogens in children with CNS infection 3. To screen and evaluate multiple biomarkers that can be used to predict neurological complications and disease prognosis in children with BM |

纳入标准: |
①年龄:生后29天~18岁;②符合世界卫生组织(WHO)细菌性脑膜炎监测病例分类标准改良版或脑炎标准 |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Inclusion criteria |
① Age: 29 days to 18 years old; ② All enrolled children met the modified version of World Health Organization (WHO) classification criteria for bacterial meningitis surveillance cases or the criteria for suspected encephalitis cases |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
排除标准: |
①自身免疫性脑炎病例;②肿瘤性疾病中枢神经系统受累病例;③留取脑脊液为血性脑脊液病例;④留取脑脊液量小于1ml患儿;⑤各种原因拒绝入组患儿。 |

|
Exclusion criteria: |
① cases of autoimmune encephalitis; ② tumors with central nervous system involvement; ③ cases with bloody cerebrospinal fluid; ④ the volume of cerebrospinal fluid was less than 1ml; ⑤ Children refused to be enrolled for various reasons. |
