研究目的：

采用横断面研究的方法，探讨矿产资源丰富的湖南省农村地区（石门、花垣等地）的居民的重金属暴露的生物效应剂量与早期损害常数及心血管疾病之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

A cross-sectional study was used to investigate the relationship between the biological effect dose of heavy metal exposure and early damage constant and cardiovascular disease in residents of rural areas of Hunan Province (Shimen, Huayuan, etc.) rich in mineral resources.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

重金属污染地区居住≥5年的居民。

Inclusion criteria

Residents of heavy metal contaminated areas who have lived for ≥ 5 years.

排除标准：

1）年龄<18岁或年龄数据缺失；2）接受过心脏支架手术或骨科置换手术；3）血浆和尿液重金属数据缺失或金属含量异常的异常值4）缺少重要协变量等信息。

Exclusion criteria：

1) age < 18 years or age data are missing; 2) Have undergone heart stent surgery or orthopedic replacement surgery; 3) Plasma and urine heavy metal data missing or abnormal metal content outliers 4) Missing important covariates and other information.
