研究目的：

通过文献调研筛选出可能影响PTPS的因素，调查问卷采集观察对象相关因素的信息，通过机器学习的方法，开发出一个包含术前、术中、术后综合因素的PTPS发生风险预测模型，找出可能的高危因素，并对其进行权重分析和量化，早期识别出术后疼痛控制不良的风险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

The factors that may affect PTPS were screened out through literature research, and the information of related factors was collected bv our questionnaires.A risk prediction model of PTPS including comprehensive factors before, during and after surgery was developed by machine learning method.Its possible high risk factors were identified, and their weight was analyzed and quantifiedIn order to achieve early identification of risk factors for pain control after thoracic surgery.

纳入标准：

电视胸腔镜患者和传统开胸术患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing video-assisted thoracic surgery and traditional thoracotomy

排除标准：

1.患有精神系统疾病（精神分裂症、躁狂症、精神错乱等） 及长期服用精神类药物史及认知功能障碍者
2.手术取消的患者
3.手术失败的患者
4.切口部位或手术相关区域的慢性疼痛者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental system diseases (schizophrenia, mania, insanity, etc.), long-term history of taking psychotropic drugs, and cognitive dysfunction
2. Patients whose surgery has been cancelled
3. Patients whose surgery failed
4. Chronic pain at the incision site or operation related area
