研究目的：

评估内镜下射频消融对胃黏膜重度萎缩伴中重度肠化患者的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic radiofrequency ablation in patients with severe atrophy of gastric mucosa with moderate to severe intestinal metaplasia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20-80岁；
2.经普通内镜、共聚焦激光显微内镜及病理活检诊断为胃黏膜重度萎缩伴中重度肠化的患者；
3.术前血常规及凝血功能检查均正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 20-80 years;
2. Patients with severe atrophy of gastric mucosa with moderate to severe intestinal metaplasia diagnosed by endoscopy, confocal laser microendoscopy and pathological biopsy;
3. Preoperative routine blood test and coagulation function tests were normal.

排除标准：

1.长期口服非甾体抗炎药或有出血倾向者；
2.有严重心肺功能不全或其他脏器功能障碍病史；
3.合并其他器官恶性肿瘤者；
4.怀孕者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long-term oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or bleeding tendency;
2. History of severe cardiopulmonary disease or other organ dysfunction;
3. Combined with other organ malignant tumors;
4. Pregnant.
