研究目的：

构建基于时限性自我调节理论（Temporal self-regulation theory , TST)髋部骨折患者术后康复的护理方案，在术后当天、出院时、出院后一个月和三个月收集对照组和实验组患者的资料，评估其在运动锻炼、饮食营养、服药依从、生活方式的应用效果。本研究有望提高患者的活动能力和生活质量，并为患者的行为管理提供实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a nursing program based on temporal self-regulation theory for postoperative rehabilitation of hip fracture patients. The data of patients in the control group and the experimental group were collected on the day after surgery, at the time of discharge, and at one and three months after discharge to evaluate the application effects of exercise, diet and nutrition, medication compliance and lifestyle. This study is expected to improve the mobility and quality of life of patients and to provide a practical basis for their behavior management.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经临床症状、体征和影像学检查诊断为髋部骨折，包括股骨颈骨折、股骨转子间骨折、股骨转子下骨折；
2.年龄≥60岁；
3.进行髋关节置换术，手术过程顺利；
4.简易精神状态筛查表（Mini Mental State Examination , MMSE)得分≥27分；
5.有主要照顾者（患者的配偶、子女或其他亲属），年龄≥18岁；
6.主要照顾者有智能手机等移动设备，能够使用互联网平台；
7.患者及家属均知晓本次研究目的并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Hip fractures diagnosed by clinical symptoms, signs and imaging examinations, including femoral neck fractures, intertrochanteric fractures, and subtrochanteric fractures;
2. Aged >= 60 years;
3. Hip replacement was performed, and the operation went smoothly;
4. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 27;
5. Have a primary caregiver (the patient's spouse, children or other relatives), aged >= 18 years;
6. The primary caregiver has a mobile device such as a smartphone and is able to use the Internet platform;
7. All patients and their families knew the purpose of this study and signed the informed consent form voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.严重听力障碍或语言沟通障碍，无法正常交流；
2.患者合并有严重心脑肝肾功能障碍或严重基础代谢性疾病；
3.伴有其他部位多发脆性骨折，如脊柱骨折、膝关节骨折等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe hearing impairment or language communication impairment and inability to communicate normally;
2. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction or severe basic metabolic diseases;
3. Associated with multiple fragility fractures in other parts, such as spine fractures, knee fractures.

随机选取某三甲医院创伤骨科两个病区，通过纳排标准选取符合要求的老年髋部骨折术后患者，通过https://www.randomizer.org/上生成的随机数字导入Excel进行编辑。将数字放入两个密封不透光的信封由患者抽取结果，根据Excel内的分组情况分为干预组和对照组。对两组的一般情况进行基线调查，确定资料的可比性，并随时记录退出和失访病例。

Two wards of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of a tertiary hospital were randomly selected. Elderly patients who met the requirements after hip fracture surgery were selected through the canopy criteria. The random numbers generated on the https://www.randomizer.org were imported into Excel for editing.
