研究目的：

探讨与腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术相比，全腹腔镜胃癌根治术是否能够促进胃癌患者术后早期康复。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the early outcomes of totally laparoscopic and laparoscopy-assisted gastrectomy in patients with gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有患者经内镜活检确诊为胃腺癌；
2.术前超声、CT提示无肝脏等远处器官转移；
3.术中常规探查未发现腹腔种植与远处转移；
4.所有资料均征得家属或患者本人同意；
5.成功行腹腔镜辅助或全腔镜胃癌根治术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients were diagnosed as gastric adenocarcinoma by endoscopic biopsy;
2. Preoperative ultrasound and CT showed no distant organ metastasis such as liver;
3. No peritoneal metastasis was found during routine exploration;
4. All data was approved by family members or patients themselves;
5. Successful laparoscopic assisted or total endoscopic radical gastrectomy was conducted.

排除标准：

1.姑息性手术患者，如胃空肠短路手术；
2.术中探查发现有腹腔播散或者远处转移的患者；
3.中转开腹手术患者；
4.临床资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing palliative surgery, such as gastrojejunostomy;
2. Patients were found with peritoneal dissemination or distant metastasis in operation;
3. Patients transferred to open surgery;
4. Clinical data was not available.
