研究目的：

观察七氟烷在腹腔镜肝部分切除术中对患者术后认知功能的影响，揭示七氟烷在围术期脑功能损害或保护中发挥的作用，阐明七氟烷在腹腔镜肝部分切除术围术期的利弊，以及在研究过程中七氟烷可能涉及的相关机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of sevoflurane on patients' postoperative cognitive function during laparoscopic partial hepatectomy, to reveal the role played by sevoflurane in perioperative brain function impairment or protection, to elucidate the pros and cons of sevoflurane in the perioperative period of laparoscopic partial hepatectomy, and the possible mechanisms involved in sevoflurane during the study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.符合行腹腔镜肝部分切除术适应症
2.年龄18-65岁，性别不限
3.BMI 18-30kg/m2
4.ASA I- Ⅲ级，Child-Pugh评分A级，无明显其他系统合并症

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the indications for laparoscopic partial hepatectomy
2. Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited
3. BMI 18-30kg/m2
4. ASA class I-III, Child-Pugh score A, no significant other systemic comorbidities

排除标准：

1. ASAⅣ～V级，严重心肺脑疾病、肾功能明显异常者
2.既往有抑郁症、精神分裂症、癫痫、帕金森史、或重症肌无力
3.因严重痴呆、语言障碍、听力障碍、昏迷、终末期疾病等情况无法完成术前评估
4.既往有颅脑手术史
5.术前MMSE<24分
6.拒绝参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. ASA class IV-V, severe cardiopulmonary and cerebral disease, and significant abnormalities in renal function
2. Previous history of depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis
3. Inability to complete preoperative evaluation due to severe dementia, speech impairment, hearing impairment, coma, end-stage disease, etc.
4. History of previous cranial surgery
5. Preoperative MMSE score <24
6. refused to participate in this study.
