研究目的：

探讨针刺联合常规疗法治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with conventional therapy on Acne vulgaris.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将符合纳入标准的寻常型痤疮的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予现代医学常规治疗。治疗组给予针刺联合常规治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效及痤疮分级程度的变化情况。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients who met the inclusion criteria for acne vulgaris were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The control group was given conventional medical treatment. The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with conventional treatment. Observe the clinical effect and the change of acne grade in the two groups before and after treatment. 

纳入标准：

①符合寻常型痤疮的诊断标准；
②参加本研究前1个月未接受其他任何相关试验，并停用与痤疮相关的治疗手段；
③自愿参加本项研究，能配合治疗，并签署知情同意书的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acne vulgaris;
2. did not receive any other relevant trials 1 month before participating in this study, and stopped using acne-related treatments;
3. volunteered to participate in this study, can cooperate with treatment, and sign the informed consent Patient

排除标准：

①合并严重心脑血管疾病、心肺功能不全、肝肾功能损伤、严重感染等疾病患者；
②妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
③职业性痤疮、药源性痤疮患者；
④不能耐受治疗或依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe infections and other diseases;
2. Pregnant or lactating women;
3. Occupational acne and drug-induced acne patients;
4. Inability to tolerate treatment or poor compliance Patient.
