本研究旨在通过前瞻性队列研究的方法进一步明确关于心室血栓的演进、预测因素和预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to further clarify the evolution, predictive factors and prognosis of ventricular thrombosis by a prospective cohort study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、经心脏彩超或者心脏磁共振诊断为左心室血栓的患者； 2、年龄≥18周岁人群； 3、随访情况于病历中记录完整； 4、愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with left ventricular thrombosis diagnosed by echocardiography or cardiac magnetic resonance. 2. Aged ≥18 years old. 3. Follow-up is fully documented in the medical record. 4. With the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、没有签署知情同意； 2、年龄＜18周岁的人群； 3、任何原因不能配合研究或研究者认为不宜纳入本试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No informed consent was signed. 2. Aged < 18 years old. 3. Unable to cooperate with the study for any reason or deemed unsuitable by the researchers for inclusion in this experiment.
