研究目的：

探索老年肌少症患者的肠道微生态结构特点，以及老年骨骼肌量减少和肠道微生态变化的相关性，从而提出一个有效合理防治肌少症的具体措施，减少医疗费用，提高老年人生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the structural characteristics of gut microbiota in elderly patients with sarcopenia, as well as the correlation between reduced skeletal muscle mass and gut microbiota changes, so as to propose an effective and reasonable prevention and treatment of sarcopenia specific measures, reduce medical costs, improve the quality of life of the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.具备基本的沟通能力、理解能力； 3.近1个月内未接受抗生素、化疗、放疗、免疫抑制、胃肠道促动力、益生菌、激素等影响肠道微生态构成的相关治疗的患者； 4.无严重心肺肝肾功能异常及胰腺炎、结肠炎、消化道溃疡及出血等消化系统疾病； 5.自愿参加此项研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. ≥60 years old; 2. Have basic communication skills and understanding skills; 3. Patients who have not received antibiotics, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunosuppression, gastrointestinal motility, probiotics, hormones and other related treatments affecting intestinal microecological composition within the past 1 month; 4. No serious cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction, pancreatitis, colitis, digestive ulcer and bleeding and other digestive system diseases; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.神经系统疾病或骨关节疾病而无法进行运动者； 2.心肺功能不全者（不能进行正常的日常活动，纽约心脏协会功能分类 III/IV)；严重肾功能不全(肌酐清除率<30 mL/min)；严重的肝损伤(转氨酶水平升高两倍以上)； 3.存在恶性肿瘤疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are unable to exercise due to neurological diseases or bone and joint diseases; 2. Cardiopulmonary insufficiency (inability to perform normal daily activities, New York Heart Association Functional Classification III/IV); Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30 mL/min); Severe liver damage (more than two-fold increase in transaminase levels); 3. There are malignant tumor diseases;
